Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for loans availed through Kredtap. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1 Refunds

Any additional payment made by You shall be refunded back within 30 days pursuant to the reconciliation of the accounts by lender.

All refunds in relation to your loan that are initiated by us will be credited to the account/card from where the original transaction had initiated. Such refunds shall be credited within the statutory time period.

2 Cancellation

There will be no cancellation of the service once You have received the loan amount in Your bank account.
